Buddhist Therapy
Many people today, Buddhists and non-Buddhists, have found psychotherapy to be helpful in sorting out personal issues. How does therapy fit in with Dharma practice? Should a Buddhist only go to a therapist who understands Buddhist teachings on the nature of mind? What have we found helpful?
